Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 壁面の適宜箇所に複数の貫通孔を設けた洗浄槽
と、該洗浄槽内部に配設されて超音波を洗浄液中
に照射する複数の超音波振動発生器との組み合わ
せからなる超音波洗浄装置であつて、 前記超音波振動発生器は、前記洗浄槽の貫通孔
を液密的に挿通する管状突部を有する瓶型ケース
と、該ケース内に収納され該ケース底面に固定さ
れた超音波振動子と、該超音波振動子の電極板に
接続され前記管状突部より外部に導出されたリー
ド線と、前記管状突部に係脱可能に嵌合して前記
ケースを前記洗浄槽の壁面に立設させる固定手段
と、から構成されることを特徴とする超音波洗浄
装置。
