Claims (1)
- 圧電体に接着されて一体化された振動体に生ず
る進行性屈曲波によつて回転子を駆動する進行波
形超音波モータにおいて、前記一体化された圧電
体と振動体から成る振動手段が発生する進行性屈
曲波によつて運動する流体と、該流体の運動を受
けるためのフアンを備えて回転エネルギーを外部
に出力する回転手段と、前記振動手段と前記流体
と前記回転手段を収容する同心円状の容器と、前
記流体を前記容器中に封止するための磁石と磁性
流体から成る封止手段とを具備することを特徴と
する進行波形超音波モータ。
