    を接合した固定子と、前記弾性体の表面に摩擦摺
    動する回転子と、該回転子と前記弾性体との相互
    間を押圧する押圧手段とから成るモータにおいて
    、 前記回転子の前記弾性体と摩擦摺動する面を除
    いた部分の、単数、またはほぼ等分に配設された
    複数個所に切欠部を設け、該回転子の機械的共振
    の追従性を変化させたことを特徴とする超音波モ
    ータ。
