- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ チツプそう入側外周部のつば形状を廃止した
湯口スリーブ本体と、チツプそう入側の外周部に
つば形状を有する冷却カラーとを嵌合し、各継ぎ
部を溶接等の手段により結合して成ることを特徴
とするダイキヤスト鋳造等の金型に使用している
湯口スリーブ。 ２ チツプそう入側の湯口スリーブ本体と冷却カ
ラーとの継ぎ部において、湯口スリーブ本体外周
部と冷却カラー内周部に溝を設け、溶湯内に水が
入らないような構造とした請求項１の湯口スリー
ブ。
