Claims (1)
- 冷却管内に配設されたプローブで高温ガス内に
ある計測対象面から発する放射エネルギーを集光
して測定面の温度を測定する装置において、冷却
管の上部に設けられた冷却管取付フランジと、同
冷却管のプローブ取付側の他端をシールすると共
に該シール面を支点として移動可能にしたことを
特徴とする温度計測装置。
