Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方の端部側を発熱源に接近させて配置して蒸
発部とするとともに、他方の端部側を外部に熱を
奪う冷却部分に配置して凝縮部としたヒートパイ
プにおいて、 前記蒸発部の温度を検出するための第１センサ
と、前記凝縮部の温度を検出する第２センサと、
各センサで求められた温度を比較する第１の比較
器と、第１の比較器で得られた比較結果を予め設
定した基準値と比較して信号を出力する第２の比
較器とを有していることを特徴とするヒートパイ
プの検査装置。
