Claims (1)
- 温度ゼロに対応する電圧から測定すべき温度信
号の測定範囲の最大値に対応した最大入力電圧ま
でを前記温度信号に対応した電圧に変換する入力
部と、この入力部で信号処理された電圧を温度に
対して直線的に変化する電圧に変換するリニアラ
イズ部と、前記温度信号の測定範囲の最小値に対
応した最小入力電圧を出力する基準電圧発生器と
、この最小入力電圧に関連した基準電圧が入力さ
れ前記最大入力電圧との差を演算する温度差演算
部と、この温度差演算部の出力を出力部を介して
前記温度信号の測定範囲の最大値と最小値との差
をスパンとする温度信号を出力することを特徴と
する温度差変換器。
