Claims (1)
- 測定値をアナログ値からデジタル値に変換する
Ａ／Ｄコンバータを備えた測定部と、そのデジタ
ル値を基準値と比較して、両者の大小関係を示す
信号を出力するコンパレータ部と、コンパレータ
部の出力に基づき、測定値の範囲を指示する出力
部と、コンパレータ部と出力部との間に介在し、
コンパレータ部の出力を制御して出力部に与える
出力制御部と、動作制御信号とＡ／Ｄコンバータ
の動作信号を受け、新たな動作制御信号によりＡ
／Ｄコンバータが最初に取り入れた測定値に基づ
く比較結果がコンパレータ部の出力となるまで、
出力制御部に与える動作制御信号を遅延するコン
パレータ出力遅延部と、Ａ／Ｄコンバータとコン
パレータ出力遅延部に動作制御信号を与える動作
制御信号作成部とから成ることを特徴とするコン
パレータ出力遅延機能付き測定器。
