Generally, laminated plates of carbon steel and stainless steel) are manufactured by rolling the base material carbon steel and stainless steel, for example, in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, rolling them together, and bonding them together, and are usually made from thin sheets. The finished products are provided to customers. However, due to demand, thick products such as structural materials are not manufactured, and even if they were manufactured, long items would be extremely expensive.

。That is, in the present invention, a flat steel material at a rolling temperature is formed by forming a plurality of grooves with rounded bottoms at the groove forming pitch to be obtained in the first rolling process, and forming shallow narrow grooves at the top between the grooves. In the second rolling process, the bottom of the groove is widened and deepened, the width of the protrusion formed in the previous process is narrowed, and a narrow groove at the top is formed in the V-beam steel. Then, in the third step, the V-shaped groove at the top of each ridge is made deeper and the width of the base material is adjusted, and in the finishing step, the ridges on both sides formed by the V-shaped groove at the top of the ridge are made into grooves. This is a method of forming flat steel having a plurality of grooves on one side of the flat steel whose inner pockets are wider than the openings by pushing down the groove so that the opening width at the upper part of the groove is narrower than the inner lower part.

First, form the required number of grooves with a roll with protrusions,
This groove-shaped portion is sequentially enlarged by rolling forming rolls so as to obtain the inner diameter of the required groove, and at the same time, the portion that will become the protruding confinement portion for narrowing the opening of the required groove is raised and formed. After passing through the stage forming rolls,
Using finishing rolls, the flat steel is width-aligned and the protruding ridges, which are raised on both sides of the groove forming part, are displaced to the upper part of the groove to narrow the opening and form a slit part of the desired shape. This makes it possible to manufacture a flat steel with a groove whose inner pocket is wider than the opening.

In order to obtain 1), first, a flat steel material αO heated to a rolling temperature is passed through a rolling mill as shown in FIG. 2, and the dimensions are adjusted in the first step. Next, in the second step, the lower roll ■ has a flat groove-shaped caliber product that receives the material αO shaped in the first step, and the upper roll has a required number of protrusions 02 for forming grooves. 0◇, as shown in Fig. 3, put the material 00 into the caliber product of the lower roll (to), and then transfer the material 00 to the upper roll 0.
Push the protrusion (to) of ■ into the V-shaped groove α
Form B. At this time, protrusions α field having a trapezoidal cross section and a thin and shallow groove at the top are formed on both sides of the 8-groove forming portion. Of course, both ends are partially overhanged so that the material can escape when the protrusions (to) of the upper roll 0) are pushed in.

The local part of the ridge α is crushed and displaced onto the groove αD, and the protrusion α3 portion with the protrusion Q4 is generally pressed, so that the bottom of each groove αυ is also filled in the center. As a result, a flat steel product (1) having a plurality of rounded inverted Y-shaped grooves (2) arranged as shown in FIG. 6 is obtained.
