ト、１３……断熱材、１４……ガラス。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 駆動回路基板に接続したビデオカメラ内部の固
    体撮像素子の裏面に冷却板を密着して取付け、こ
    の冷却板の一端とカメラ筺体との間で電子冷却ユ
    ニツトを密着挟持して固着するとともに、上記固
    体撮像素子及び冷却板の全周囲を該固体撮像素子
    の前面開口部を除き断熱材で覆い、この前面開口
    部にガラスを挿着したことを特徴するビデオカメ
    ラにおける固体撮像素子。
