中皿と、前記鍋本体の孔をおおい、前記中皿の孔
を貫通して突出し、鍋内に熱気を導入し、かつ加
熱されて赤外線を放射する網体と、前記鍋本体の
口部をおおい、赤外線を反射し、煙を放出する多
数の小孔を有する中蓋と、前記鍋本体の口部を前
記中蓋上でおおい、鍋内を密閉して豆をむらすこ
とのできる上蓋とを有する焙煎鍋。 ２ 鍋を動かしたとき、豆を撹拌する凹凸を中皿
に設けた請求項１の焙煎鍋。 ３ 鍋を動かしたとき、豆を撹拌する小孔を中皿
