操作をさせる場合の図。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 広範囲な外部供給電源電圧を一定レベルに
    保持するための電圧制限回路と、制御信号により
    電圧制限回路からの電流をＯＮ、ＯＦＦする動作
    回路と、前記動作回路からのＯＮ、ＯＦＦ出力に
    基づいて負荷を駆動、停止する駆動回路と、を具
    備することを特徴とした広範囲電圧対応絶縁型ス
    イツチング回路。 (2) ベース電流を供給する電源として負荷駆動
    電源を使用することを特徴とした請求項(1)項記
    載の広範囲電圧対応絶縁型スイツチング回路。
