Claims (1)
- 発光ダイオードのカソード側にＬＥＤを駆動す
るドライバー回路の出力を接続し、ＬＥＤのアノ
ード側に電源供給用の抵抗の一端を接続し、前記
ドライバー回路の入力及び前記抵抗の他端に接続
される外部接続用のリード端子を設け、前記ＬＥ
Ｄ、ドライバー回路、抵抗及びリード端子を一体
成形したことを特徴とするＬＥＤモジユール。
