Claims (1)
- ガスレーザ発振器の放電部に設けた多数の放電
ピンを植立した放電板と、この放電板と所定の間
隔をおいて対向配置された接続板と、この接続板
の前記放電板の多数の放電ピン端子とそれぞれ一
対になつて対向する位置に植立され高圧回路のそ
れぞれの電線が接続される多数のシリンダ状導体
と、この各々のシリンダ状導体に電気的に接触し
ながら摺動可能に挿入されかつスプリングによつ
て常時前記放電ピン端子に接触圧力をもつて押し
つけられる可動接続ロツドとから構成したことを
特徴とするガスレーザ発振器の放電ピン接続装置
。
