  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属蒸気レーザ管と、この金属蒸気レーザ管内
    にキヤリアガスを補充するキヤリアガス供給器と
    を備えてなる金属蒸気レーザ装置において、 前記キヤリアガス供給器は、実質的にキヤリア
    ガス不透過性の外管と、この外管の内部をリザー
    バー部とタンク部とに区画し当該タンク部内に配
    置されたするキヤリアガス透過性の内管と、前記
    外管における前記リザーバー部およびタンク部を
    含む領域の外周に設けた、前記内管におけるキヤ
    リアガスの透過量を制御するヒータとを備えてな
    ることを特徴とする金属蒸気レーザ装置。
