Claims (1)
- 真空状態と加圧状態の双方を保持可能な炉体と
、その炉体内から排気を行つて炉体内を真空とす
るための真空排気系と、炉体内に雰囲気ガスを導
入して加圧するためのガス供給系と、炉内圧力が
設定値を超えたときに雰囲気ガスの一部を炉体外
に放出することで炉内圧力を設定値に保持するた
めの圧力制御系とを具備してなる熱処理炉におい
て、前記圧力制御系は、内部に封止液を保有する
シールポツトと、そのシールポツト内の封止液中
に先端部を液没させた状態で設けられるガス放出
管と、そのガス放出管の途中に設けられた真空を
保持可能な閉止弁とから構成されてなることを特
徴とする熱処理炉。
