Claims (1)
- スライドベース上を進退するスライドテーブル
の位置決め装置において、前記スライドテーブル
に固着される送りねじと、該送りねじと同心に前
記スライドベースに固着される中空軸サーボモー
タと、ナツトとよりなり、該ナツトは前記送りね
じに螺合され、且つ前記中空軸サーボモータの中
空回転軸端に取付けられ、該サーボモータにより
回動可能とされているナツト型送りねじ装置であ
ることを特徴とするスライドテーブル位置決め装
置。
