を出力する基準信号発生器と、起動開始信号発生
時点から圧力スイツチが所定圧力到達信号を発生
する迄の経過時間信号及び前記ポンプのポンプ起
動開始信号発生時点から前記圧力スイツチが所定
圧力到達信号を発生する迄のタイマー計測時間信
号とを比較する比較器と、この比較器からの判定
信号によりポンプの性能劣化を表示する表示器と
