動する電動機の始動用スイツチと、該始動用スイ
ツチが入れられて電動機が始動すると同時に時間
の計測を開始する時間計測装置と、予め設定され
た設定時間と上記時間計測装置の計測時間とを比
較し、計測時間が上記設定時間を経過したら警報
器を作動させる計測時間比較判断装置と、アキユ
ムレータのガス圧を検出し電動機による油圧ポン
プの作動で、時間計測装置の計測時間が設定時間
を経過しない前にアキユムレータのガス圧が所定
の圧力に達したら上記時間計測装置を停止させる
