Claims (1)
水分によつて減衰を受けない波長域の比較光を一
定周期でシート状物体に照射し、このシート状物
体で透過・散乱した光を検出する検出回路で、検
出信号中に含まれる直流分を除去する直流阻止コ
ンデンサと、この直流阻止コンデンサを通過した
交流信号を増幅する増幅器と、この増幅器の出力
信号から測定信号成分と比較光信号成分を分離し
各別に保持するホールドアンプと、前記直流阻止
コンデンサと前記増幅器との間に設けられ前記ホ
ールドアンプの比較信号出力によつて抵抗値が変
化し前記比較信号が一定になるように利得制御す
る可変利得回路とを含む水分計検出回路において
、前記増幅器の出力レベルを検出するレベル検出
回路を設けると共に、前記直流阻止コンデンサと
基準電位間に前記レベル検出回路によつて制御さ
れる可変抵抗手段を接続し、前記増幅器の出力が
規定レベル以上になつたとき、通常の状態では高
抵抗に保持されている前記可変抵抗手段の抵抗値
を減少させて前記直流阻止コンデンサに蓄積され
た電荷を放電させるようにしたことを特徴とする
