器の出力レベルがいずれも前記一定のレベルをこ
えたとき、前記第1のパルスと異なる幅の第2の
パルスを発生する第2の論理回路と、前記第2の
パルスが入力されたときに起動し、前記第1及び
第2のパルス幅より長い時間動作するタイマーと
、該タイマーが動作中に、前記第1及び第2のパ
ルスのいずれかが入力されたとき、前記第1及び
第2のパルス幅と異なる第3のパルスを発生する
とともに、前記第1のパルス又は第2のパルスが
入力されたとき該タイマーを再起動するよう形成
した第3の論理回路と、該第3のパルスの出力手
