の係合突起にそれぞれ形成した係合凹部と、その
所要位置に形成した係合部とを備えた円筒状のカ
バーと；前記カバーを挿入した後、回動により前

部を有する２枚の板ばねと、これらの板ばねをそ
れぞれ装着する係合溝と、前記カバーの係合部と

カバー取付具と；前記カバーの係合部に係合し、
かつ前記カバー取付具のねじ孔と螺合することに
より前記カバーの回動を阻止する回り止めねじと
