  1. 陰極が、絶縁材料の内部に白金線を埋め込んで
    この絶縁材料の一端から前記白金線の断面を露出
    させ、この一端に前記白金線の断面より大きな面
    積の白金膜を蒸着して前記白金線と導通させた構
    造であることを特徴とする酸素測定電極。
