Claims (1)
- 粉体が気体輸送される曲り管と、同曲り管の曲
り部分後流中の粉体の集中部に設置され陽極板と
陰極板とを対面して配置しこれらを電気絶縁材で
覆つた濃度センサ部と、同濃度センサ部を支持し
曲り管に固定された支柱と、前記濃度センサ部の
出力信号を濃度信号に変換する信号処理器とで構
成したことを特徴とする粉体濃度計。
