【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は牛や豚などの家畜の糞尿を効率良く乾
燥処理することができる二段式糞尿乾燥装置に関

また乾燥効率も悪いという問題があつた。

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。第1図及
び第2図に示すように、地上に立設された複数本

設固定してある。この2本のレール14,14間
には支持棒(図示せず)を複数本架設し、この複
数本の支持棒上に合成樹脂製の波板などで形成さ
れるかあるいはデツキ材のような長尺型材を敷き
つめて形成された長尺な糞尿乾燥床3が載置して
ある。糞尿乾燥床3の一端部は建物の側端面にま
で延設されてこの糞尿乾燥床3の一端部に糞尿供
給部1が形成されており、また糞尿乾燥床3の他
端部には下方に開口した糞尿落下口2が形成して
ある。建物の側端面は開口しており、この開口よ
り第1図に示すようにバケツトフオークリフト1
5等で糞尿を持ち上げて上段の糞尿乾燥床3の糞
尿供給部1上に供給し、後述する撹拌搬送機4で
糞尿を撹拌しながら糞尿落下口2側へ搬送して糞
尿落下口2より乾燥した糞尿を落下させるのであ
る。建物の一階においては、レール基礎31が建
物の長手方向に沿つて2列に設けてあり、それぞ
れの基礎31上にレール14が載置固定してあ
る。そして、2本のレール14,14間に上記と
同形状の糞尿乾燥床3が敷設してあり、この糞尿
乾燥床3の一端部には糞尿供給部1が、また他端
部には下方へ開口した糞尿落下口2が形成してあ
る。上下段の各糞尿乾燥床3,3の糞尿供給部1
と糞尿落下口2はそれぞれ上下で対応する位置に
形成されており、すなわち、下段の糞尿乾燥床3
の糞尿供給部1は建物の側端面がわに形成されて
おり、また糞尿落下口2は上段の糞尿乾燥床3の
糞尿落下口2の下方位置に形成されていて、上段
の糞尿乾燥床3の糞尿落下口2から落下された糞
尿を下段の糞尿乾燥床3の糞尿落下口2を通過し
て、下段の糞尿落下口2の下方に凹設された乾燥
糞取出槽30内に直接投入することができるもの
である。建物の屋根には透光性を有するFRA製
の波板等で形成された屋根板8が取付けてあり、
また建物の一階の側面には建物内に風を送る通風
扇11が取付けてある。図中32は通風扇11と
反対側の建物の側面外がわに立設された風切板で
ある。撹拌搬送機4は第3図乃至第5図に示すよ
うに、左右2対づつ形成された走行車輪20を上
記レール14上に載せて各糞尿乾燥床3上を往復
駆動自在に設置されており、その下部に設けた撹
拌機21を回転させることによつて糞尿乾燥床3
上に供給された糞尿を撹拌翼21で蹴り上げて撹
拌し、同時に撹拌搬送機4の駆動に伴なつて糞尿
供給部1から糞尿落下口2側へ搬送するのであ
る。上下段の糞尿乾燥床3,3…に設置された各
撹拌搬送機4,4はそれぞれ独立して駆動できる
ようにしてある。図中22は走行車輪20の駆動
用モーター、23は撹拌翼21の撹拌モーター、
24は撹拌翼軸、25は制御盤、26は給電ドラ
ム、27は給電コード、28はリミツトスイツチ

ができるものである。また、上下段の糞尿乾燥床
を糞尿供給部と糞尿落下口がそれぞれ上下で対応
するように略水平で上下二段に配設し、下段の糞
尿乾燥床の糞尿落下口の下方に乾燥糞取出槽を設
けたので、建物の一方に糞尿供給部が形成され、
また建物の他方に糞尿落下口が設けられることに
なつて、糞尿の供給が建物の一方側から行なえる
と共に乾燥された糞尿は乾燥糞取出槽の1箇所か
ら取出すことができ、糞尿の流れが一方向となつ
て糞尿の乾燥処理がスムーズに行なえるものであ
る。また、上下二段に配設した直線状の2つの独
立した糞尿乾燥床の上下段の糞尿供給部がそれぞ
れ上下に対応するように位置させたことで、建物
の一方にそれぞれ独立した2つの糞尿供給部が形
成され、建物の他方にそれぞれ独立した2つの糞
尿落下口が設けられることになつて、建物の一方
の端部にフオークリフトを位置させたままの状態
で単にフオークリフトを上下させるのみで、上下
のそれぞれ独立した糞尿供給部にそれぞれ糞尿を
供給することができ、この結果、それぞれ独立し
た2つの糞尿供給部に糞尿を供給するに当たつて
フオークリフトの進入路を共通化することがで
き、別々の進入路が必要でなくて、狭いスペース
でよくなる。また、2つの独立した糞尿乾燥床の
上下段の糞尿落下口がそれぞれ上下に対応するよ
うに位置させると共に下段の糞尿乾燥床の糞尿落
下口の下方に乾燥糞取出槽を設けたので、それぞ
れ独立した2つの上下段の糞尿落下口からの糞尿
をまとめて乾燥糞取出槽にて受けることができ、
糞尿の供給が建物の一方側から行えると共に乾燥

き、それぞれ独立した糞尿落下口からの糞尿をフ
オークリフトにて別々に排出するということがな
