Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水素・窒素およびメタン等の下純物を含む一酸
化炭素を主成分とする原料ガスから一酸化炭素を
精留回収するために、原料ガスを冷却・液化させ
所定の温度まで冷却させる原料熱交換器、装置に
必要な寒冷を発生させる膨張タービン、液とガス
を分離する低温分離器および一酸化炭素を精留分
離する精留塔からなるガス分離装置において、 低温分離器からの液化留分を熱交換器を通さず
精留塔に送給できるバイパスラインを設けたこと
を特徴とするガス分離装置。
