Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out the delivery of a conveying object even without bringing an unmanned conveying vehicle alongside the end of a carrying in/out conveyor by providing an article placing conveyor horizontally projectably at least in one of right and left directions on the upper portion of the unmanned conveying vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate right-left movable body 5 is provided on a guide body 4 fixed to the vehicle body 2 of an unmanned conveying vehicle 1 projectably both in right and left directions, and is moved right and left by engaging a pinion 7 rotated by a reversible motor 9 with a rack 6 provided on the bottom portion thereof. Also, an upper right-left movable body 15 is projectably provided in both right and left directions on the intermediate right- left movable body 5, and is linked to an upside fixed piece 13 which is joined to a rotatable chain 14 on the intermediate right-left movable body 5 side to be moved right and left. A live roller conveyor 16 is provided on the upper right-left movable body 15 while providing pillars 17 having casters 18 on their bottom ends on the front and rear end portions of the upper right-left movable body 15 respectively to guide the horizontal movement of the upper right-left movable body 15.

(Disadvantages of Prior Art) Conventional factory equipment using automatic guided vehicles has the following disadvantages. That is, when transferring objects between the automatic guided vehicle and the loading/unloading conveyor, the automatic guided vehicle is placed next to the end of the loading/unloading conveyor. Therefore, if the ends of multiple loading/unloading conveyors that receive and pass objects are not lined up in a straight line in the plan layout, the running path of the automatic guided vehicle should be set at the end of each loading/unloading conveyor. However, if the loading/unloading conveyors are installed close to each other, due to the minimum turning radius of the automated guided vehicle, it is necessary to bend the loading/unloading conveyors so that they are connected to the PJ. The disadvantage was that it could not be moved smoothly to the edge.

(Purpose of the Invention) This invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides an unmanned conveyance system that allows the receiving and handing over of conveyed objects without having to place the automatic guided vehicle next to the end of the loading/unloading conveyor. The purpose is to provide cars.

With such a configuration, the intermediate lateral moving body 5 can be slid left and right by rotating the pinion 7. The intermediate left-right movable body 5 has a pair of halves 5a that are divided into two in the traveling direction of the automatic guided vehicle l, that is, in the front-back direction, and these halves 5a are connected to a pair of front and rear axes at a predetermined interval. 11, sprockets 12 are rotatably fitted onto these shafts 11, and an endless chain 14 including a pair of upper and lower fixing pieces 13 is passed around the sprockets 12, and the lower fixing piece 13 is fixed to the guide body 4, and the upper fixed piece 13 is fixed to an upper left-right movable body 15, which will be described later. An upper left and right moving body 15 is provided on the intermediate left and right moving body 5 so as to be able to horizontally project in either left or right direction. However, the upper left-right moving body 15 only needs to be able to protrude horizontally in at least either left or right direction.
A drive roller conveyor 16, which is an i-conveyor, is provided, and the drive roller conveyor 16 is longer than the entire front and rear length of the vehicle body 2. Supports 1 are installed on the front and rear lower surfaces of the left and right ends of the drive roller conveyor 16 to prevent it from colliding with the car body 2 even when it moves in either the left or right direction.
7 are provided, and swing casters 18 are provided at the lower ends of these columns 17. The driving roller conveyor 16
Detectors 19 are provided on the left and right sides of the conveyor 31 to detect when the conveyor 31 comes in contact with or approaches the fixed side loading/unloading conveyor 31. This detector 19 has a sliding piece 21 that is urged outwardly by a spring 20, and a cam 22 is provided at the inner end of this sliding piece 21, so that it slides against the force of the spring 20. Moving piece 2
The drive roller conveyor 16 is provided with a limit switch 23 whose contact is pushed by a cam 22 when the switch 1 is pushed in. The operation of the limit switch 23 causes the reversible motor 9 to stop. The loading/unloading conveyor 31 is provided with a contact piece 24 against which the sliding piece 21 comes into contact. With such a configuration,
The sliding piece 21 is pushed by the contact piece 24 and the limit switch 2
3 operates, the drive roller conveyor 16
When it is known that the roller has come into contact with or approached the loading/unloading conveyor 31, the drive of the driving roller conveyor 16 can be stopped.

After the automatic guided vehicle l has stopped so that the center line of the desired loading/unloading conveyor 31 and the center line of the driving roller conveyor 16 are aligned, the driving roller conveyor 16 horizontally projects toward the loading/unloading conveyor 31. However, the sliding piece 21 comes into contact with the abutting piece 24 and is moved back and forth, and the cam 2
When the limit switch 23 is activated by 2, the drive roller conveyor 16 is stopped. Thereafter, when the conveyed object that has been conveyed to the end of the carry-in and discharge conveyor 31 is transferred to the drive roller conveyor 16, the drive roller conveyor 16 retreats. After that, the automatic guided vehicle 1 starts traveling.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the article placement conveyor is provided in the automatic guided vehicle so as to be able to protrude horizontally in at least one of the left and right directions. Therefore, the maximum protrusion length of the article placement conveyor is Even if the edges of the carry-in and carry-out conveyors are not lined up in a straight line in the planar layout, the running path of the automatic guided vehicle can be made straight without bending. In addition, a support with a rotatable wheel at the lower end is provided in a hanging manner on the lower surface of the tip of the article-placing conveyor, so that no unreasonable force is applied to the article-placing conveyor. is equipped with a detector that detects when it comes into contact with or approaches the fixed side loading/unloading conveyor, so the length from the end of each loading/unloading conveyor to the center of the automatic guided vehicle travel path is different. Even if the drive roller conveyor is connected to the loading/unloading conveyor, the driving roller conveyor can be stopped accurately.
