- 試料の３次元的表面粗さを触針式で測定する３
次元表面粗さ測定装置において、固定台と、この
固定台上に往復移動可能に載置された平面状のサ
ンプル台と、このサンプル台の上側に固定して設
けられるローラ支持台と、このローラ支持台に回
転自在に軸支され、その下方の面が前記サンプル
台の上面に接触して設けられる一対のローラとを
備えたことを特徴とする３次元表面粗さ測定装置
。
