直度測定装置の概略図、第２図は測定物のレーザ
ー走査線の当て方を示す説明図、第３図は考案の
他の実施例を示す概略図、第４図は従来の測定装
置である３次元測定機の概略図である。 図において、１はテーブル、２，３，４，５は
レーザー走査センサー、６，７，８，９はレーザ
ー受光センサー、１０は測定物取り付け台、１１
は基準位置エツジ、１２は測定物、２１はシヤフ
トである。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (1)
- レーザー外形測定器のセンサーをベース上に上
下２台重ねてレーザー走査線が平行になるように
設置するとともに、これと直行するように前記セ
ンサーを上下２台重ねて設置し、この交差した上
下２組のレーザー走査線の中央に測定物のシヤフ
トが垂直になるように測定物を支持する台をレー
ザー光と接触しないように設置し、さらに、この
支持台の横に走査線の端面を数mm遮断するように
基準エツジを設定し、センサーより走査された４
本の走査線の端面を数mm遮断するようにしてシヤ
フトの垂直度を測定することを特徴とするシヤフ
ト垂直度測定装置。
