Claims (1)
- シート状の媒体上に一次元方向に偏向されたレ
ーザビームを照射して主走査を行ない、この主走
査方向に直交する方向に前記媒体を搬送させて副
走査を行ない、前記媒体を二次元的に光走査する
レーザ走査光学装置において、前記媒体を副走査
方向に搬送させる駆動ローラと駆動ローラに圧接
させた圧接ローラとによる搬送ローラ対を副走査
方向前後に位置させて複数組設け、これらの搬送
ローラ対間にてレーザビーム照射位置側であつて
前記媒体の搬送ガイド位置に配置させて板状の透
明部材を設け、この透明部材にレーザビーム照射
位置背面にて対向圧接して副走査される前記媒体
を前記透明部材との間で挾持するニツプローラを
設けたことを特徴とするレーザ走査光学装置。
