Claims (1)
- 複数の受光素子が列状に形成された透光性基板
の裏面側に光源を配設して、この透光性基板の表
面側で走査される原稿を照射して、原稿面での反
射光を前記受光素子で読み取る完全密着型イメー
ジセンサにおいて、前記受光素子が形成された透
光性基板と前記光源との間に、この基板に対して
略垂直な複数の遮光部材を略等間隔に設けたこと
を特徴とする完全密着型イメージセンサ。
