- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主軸の工具取付位置付近の部位の主軸台に対す
る軸方向の変位を検出する変位センサと、 前記主軸のスラスト軸受部に軸方向に圧力を加
える加圧手段と、 前記変位センサにより検出された主軸の変位位
置が基準位置となるべく前記加圧手段の圧力を制
御する圧力制御手段と、 を備えることを特徴とする主軸変位補正装置。
