- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エンジンルームの上方がフロアパネルで覆われ
るとともに、該フロアパネル上に、第１列シート
と該第１列シートの後方に位置する第２列シート
とが並設された自動車において、 フラツト状態可能な第１列シートがエンジンデ
ツキ上に載置される一方、折り畳み状態可能な第
２列シートが上記エンジンデツキの後方に続くリ
ヤフロア上に載置されており、上記エンジンデツ
キの第１列シートが載置される部分と上記リヤフ
ロアとがフラツトに形成されるとともに、上記第
１列シートフラツト状態にしたときに、折り畳ま
れた上記第２列シートが第１列シートの背もたれ
を形成するようになつていることを特徴とする自
動車のシート装置。
