示す。 図において、１は被検材、２は被検材１の搬送
方向、３は加熱装置、４は加熱制御装置、５は加
熱制御装置の基準入力、６は赤外線検出器、７は
信号処理回路、８は信号処理回路７の基準入力、
９は欠陥寸法測定回路、１０は欠陥寸法測定回路
９の基準入力、１１は被検材１の欠陥を示す。尚
図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
示してある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パイプ、棒材、板材の表面を連続的に探傷する
    表面欠陥探傷装置において、パイプ、棒材、板材
    を加熱する加熱手段と、前記加熱手段の加熱パワ
    ーを制御する加熱制御手段と、パイプ、棒材、板
    材の欠陥部の赤外線放射感度を検出する赤外線検
    出器と、前記赤外線検出器の出力信号であるパイ
    プ、棒材、板材の赤外線放射感度を信号処理する
    信号処理回路と、前記赤外線検出器の出力信号で
    ある被検材の赤外線放射感度から被検材の欠陥寸
    法を計測する欠陥寸法測定回路とを具備したこと
    を特徴とする表面欠陥探傷装置。
