ーザ光を照射するレーザ熱処理に使用される粉末
供給ノズルにおいて、 ノズル本体の内部に冷却水通路を形成し、さら
にノズル本体の先端に、Ｍｏ，Ｗ，Ｎｂのうちか
ら選ばれた金属もしくはそれらの１種または２種
以上を主成分とする合金からなる中空円筒状のパ
イプを取付けたことを特徴とするレーザ熱処理用
粉末供給ノズル。
