Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 凹部によつて形成された四角形状のダイアフラ
ムを有する第１のシリコンウエハと、該第１のシ
リコンウエハ上に形成され前記ダイアフラムの表
面付近の歪みを測定する２個の振動梁と、前記第
１のシリコンウエハに一面が取付けられた第２の
シリコンウエハと、前記第１および第２のシリコ
ンウエハの少なくとも一方に設けられ前記凹部に
一端が接続された導圧溝と、前記第２のシリコン
ウエハの他面に直交して取付けられ該導圧溝の他
端に連通される導圧管とを具備する振動形差圧セ
ンサにおいて、 前記第１のシリコンウエハの中心線に前記ダイ
アフラムの対角線と前記振動梁の軸が一致するよ
うに前記ダイアフラムと前記振動梁を配置したこ
とを特徴とする振動形差圧センサ。
