    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側面の長さ方向に形成された溝７の少なくと
    もいずれかの部位に設けられた嵌合部８を有する
    樹脂ケース６と、前記嵌合部８に嵌合する嵌合部
    １３を有する折曲部１１及び電極端子１２が形成
    された放熱板１０と、前記樹脂ケース６内に装填
    されかつ放熱板１０に当接されてなる正特性サー
    ミスタ２と、前記正特性サーミスタ２を放熱板１
    ０に当接保持させる弾性電極端子４とから構成さ
    れたことを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ装置。
