    素子と、リード線に接続された端子と、セラミツ
    ク素子を密着被覆可能な熱収縮チユーブとからな
    り、セラミツク素子の凹部に設置した端子を熱収
    縮チユーブの収縮力で電極に圧着せしめたことを
    特徴とするセラミツク電子部品。
