- モールド樹脂表面にレーザ光線を照射して製品
名等を刻印する表面実装用半導体部品において、
レーザ光線により凹んだ部品にモールド樹脂とは
異る色調のインクを埋め込んだことを特徴とする
半導体部品のインクマーク。
