Claims (1)
- 頂面に気体のみを透過する樹脂フイルムを張設
し、該樹脂フイルムを介して脱気機構に接続され
た第１室と、該第１室に対し仕切壁を介して連結
された第２室より成り、該第２室には脱気機構に
接続された減圧域を形成し、該減圧域に前記仕切
壁に設けられた通液部を介して気体のみを透過す
る樹脂チユーブを設け、該樹脂チユーブにて被処
理液の追加脱気を行うことを特徴とする脱泡装置
。
