Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁基板１と、この絶縁基板１に形成された帯
状の本体部３ａおよび該本体部３ａから櫛歯状に
延びる複数の接続部３ｂより成る共通電極３と、
前記絶縁基板１上に形成され、前記複数の接続部
３ｂに対峙する複数の個別電極４と、前記接続部
３ｂと個別電極４を接続する発熱抵抗体８とを備
えて成る厚膜型サーマルヘツドにおいて； 共通電極３の本体部３ａが、接続部３ｂと一体
に形成された金層５と、この金層５と離間して平
行に配置された銀層７と、前記金層５および銀層
７の中間に位置し、両層５，７を接続する銀と白
金または銀とパラジウムより成る合金層６とを有
することを特徴とする厚膜型サーマルヘツド。
