Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 2つの導電性電極2,3間に固体から成る誘
    電体4を挟み、その誘電体に所定量(Qref)
    の正イオンのキヤリア5を捕獲するようにした電
    荷量測定セルにおいて、 前記誘電体はプレナー技術により製造されて正
    のイオンが注入されており、 この正のイオンはイオン移動によつて一方の電
    極2から他方の電極3へ移動しても誘電体4を離
    脱せず、 イオン移動の終了時に電極2,3間の電圧降下
    を急激に増大させることを特徴とする電荷量測定
    セル。 2 前記正のイオンはアルカリイオンである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の電荷量測定セ
    ル。 3 前記誘電体4を薄層から構成するようにした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項あるいは第2項の
    いずれか1項に記載の電荷量測定セル。 4 前記誘電体4はSiOから構成される実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいず
    れか1項に記載の電荷量測定セル。 5 両電極2,3を導電性の良い金属から構成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第4項まで
    のいずれか1項に記載の電荷量測定セル。 6 前記両電極の一方を半導体基板から構成した
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項から第5項までの
    いずれか1項に記載の電荷量測定セル。 7 前記半導体基板をn,n,pあるいはp
    シリコンから構成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    6項に記載の電荷量測定セル。 8 半導体基板を集積化回路により構成した実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第6項あるいは第7項に記載
    の電荷量測定セル。 9 集積化回路の半導体基板の第1の電荷量測定
    セルの近くに一定電流により給電され極性を切り
    替えられる第2の電荷量測定セルを集積し、この
    第2の電荷量測定セルの基準極性切り替え周波数
    を用いて第1の電荷量測定セル1の極性切り替え
    周波数fの温度による影響を補正するようにした
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第8項に記載の電荷量測
    定セル。
