Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少くとも２極以上の界磁マグネツトを有す
    る可動子と、 その可動子の走行方向に沿つて配置されるコイ
    ルと、そのコイルにかかる磁界を検知する磁気セ
    ンサーとを有し、上記可動子を摺動可能に支承す
    る固定子とからなる可動磁石形リニアモータにお
    いて、 上記界磁マグネツトの両端のマグネツトの幅が
    その中間の界磁マグネツトの幅の１／２であるこ
    とを特徴とする可動磁石形リニア直流モータ。 (2) 前記２極以上の界磁マグネツト間を密着配
    置せず、界磁マグネツト表面と前記固定子側のヨ
    ークとの間のエヤーギヤツプにほぼ等しい距離の
    間隔があくよう前記界磁マグネツトの幅を小さく
    したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の可動磁石形
    リニア直流モータ。
