Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属材料からなる外筒内にセラミツク材料
からなる内筒を嵌着してなるダイカスト用スリー
ブにおいて、軸方向長さの小なるリング状に形成
した複数個の外筒部材を間隙を介して軸方向に配
設すると共に、この外筒の外方に金属材料からな
る中空円筒状のカバーを嵌着したことを特徴とす
るダイカスト用スリーブ。 (2) 金属材料からなる外筒内にセラミツク材料
からなる内筒を嵌着してなるダイカスト用スリー
ブにおいて、外筒と内筒との境界面に高温用潤滑
材を介装させて外筒と内筒とを軸方向相対移動可
能に構成したことを特徴とするダイカスト用スリ
ーブ。 (3) 金属材料からなる外筒内にセラミツク材料
からなる内筒を嵌着してなるダイカスト用スリー
ブにおいて、内筒の外周面に高強度材料からなる
細線を巻回して中間層を形成し、この中間層の外
方に外筒を嵌着することにより外筒と内筒とを軸
方向相対移動可能に構成したことを特徴とするダ
イカスト用スリーブ。 (4) 金属材料からなる外筒内にセラミツク材料
からなる内筒を嵌着してなるダイカスト用スリー
ブにおいて、外筒の外周面に、冷却用気体供給源
と連通させた冷却用空間を設け、内筒に作用する
締付力を低減するように構成したことを特徴とす
るダイカスト用スリーブ。
