Claims (1)
- 先端部にセンサー容器を一体に内蔵したリング
状のケースの後端部にリング状のケースを嵌着し
、前記センサー容器の先端部に送信部と受信部と
を有する圧電セラミツクス板を接着し、後端部に
基板を設け、該基板を貫通する端子部材と前記圧
電セラミツクス板をリード線で接続し、かつ、ハ
ーネスを前記端子部材に接続したことを特徴とす
る超音波素子。
