- 導電性部材からなるケースと、導電性板状体に
圧電素子を接合してなる圧電センサ部材とを有す
る圧電センサにおいて、前記ケースと前記導電性
板状体とを導電性接着部材を介して電気的に接続
したことを特徴とする圧電センサ。
