Claims (1)
- 支持板と、該支持板の一方の側及びこれに対向
する他方の側のそれぞれにおいて前記支持板から
導出された連結外部リードと、前記支持板に連結
されずに前記連結外部リードに並行して配置され
た非連結外部リードと、前記連結外部リード及び
非連結外部リードを前記支持板に近い側において
連結する第１の連結細条と、前記連結外部リード
及び非連結外部リードを前記支持板から遠い側に
おいて連結する第２の連結細条とを有するリード
フレームにおいて、前記一方の側及び他方の側に
おける前記第１及び第２の連結細条はいずれも前
記連結外部リードに連結された部分で幅狭部とな
つており、かつ、前記非連結外部リードに連結さ
れた部分に前記幅狭部より相対的に幅広の幅広部
を有することを特徴とするリードフレーム。
