積可変機構の一部とワツクス捕捉板とを併せて示
す斜視図であり、第３図は従来のワツクストラツ
プ装置の一部切欠側面図である。 Ａ……ワツクストラツプ装置、１０……筒状本
体、２０……ワツクス捕捉板、２１……気体流通
穴、３０……開口面積可変機構、６０……真空排
気経路。

Claims (1)
- ワツクスベーパを含有する気体の流通経路の途
中に接続してある筒状本体と、筒状本体の内部に
配設してあり、前記気体が通過する気体流通穴を
有するワツクス捕捉部材と、前記筒状本体に設け
てあり、先端部が前記気体流通穴の閉合位置と開
放位置とにわたつて移動可能となつている開口面
積可変機構とを具備することを特徴とするワツク
ストラツプ装置。
