The polymer stagnation 4 grows and solidifies, and eventually the entrance of the polymer discharge hole is completely covered and clogged.
This also obstructs laminar flow and causes yarn breakage and spinning problems.

Polymer introduction intermediate holes are bored step by step with a tool, and the protrusions produced on the bottom surface of the spinneret plate by the drilling process of each punch tool are removed by grinding and polishing, and then each polymer introduction intermediate hole is removed by grinding and polishing. A spinning hole is formed by drilling a polymer discharge hole at the bottom of the hole.

The reason why the polymer introduction intermediate hole is punched using multiple punch tools whose tip angles become narrower in sequence is that the lubricating oil applied to the upper surface of the spinneret thick plate is used to punch the polymer intermediate hole using punch tools with the same thickness or larger thickness. This is to prevent lubricating oil from entering the polymer introduction intermediate hole and causing white scratches on the inner wall surface if the holes are sequentially drilled.

First, as shown in Fig. 2, a flat spinning thread made of stainless steel with a diameter of 10 mm and a thickness of 20 mm is drilled with 300 polymer introduction holes. Attach the thick plate 5 for the cap with the flange retainer 6, and tighten the bolts 7.
Tighten and fix it on the base 8 with. Next, as shown in FIG.
A polymer introduction intermediate hole 11 having a depth of 2 mm and an opening diameter of 2.0 mm is punched in the polymer introduction hole 10 of the thick plate 5 for the spinneret using the punch tool 9. The raised portions 12 are removed by grinding and polishing. Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, the bottom of each of the holes 11 is punched to a depth of 4 mm using a second punch tool 13 with a diameter of 1.8 mm at an angle of 25 degrees at the tip 13a. The convex portion 14 formed on the lower surface of the thick plate 5 is removed by grinding and polishing.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3c, the bottom of each of the holes 11 having a depth of 4 mm is punched to a depth of 6 mm using a third punch tool 5 having a diameter of 1.2 mm with the tip portion 15a at an angle of 12 degrees. Therefore, the convex portion 16 formed on the lower surface of the spinneret thick plate 5 is removed by grinding and polishing. Then the third
As shown in Figure d, the diameter is 6 degrees at the tip 17a.
The above depth is 6mm using the 1.0mm fourth punch tool 17.
The bottom of each hole 11 is drilled to a depth of 10.05 mm, and the protrusion 18 produced on the lower surface of the spinneret plate 5 by this drilling is removed by grinding and polishing, and the lower part of each hole 11 is penetrated. . Next, as shown in FIG. 3e, a polymer discharge hole 20 is punched at the bottom of each hole 11 using a fifth punch tool 19 having a diameter of 0.2 mm at the tip 19a, and the bottom surface of the spinneret thick plate 5 is formed by this punching. The convex portion 21 generated in the third portion is removed by grinding and polishing.
A spinning hole 22 with a mirror-like luster on the inner wall as shown in FIG.
A spinneret 23 having 300 pieces was obtained.

The process of removing the protrusions 12, 14, 16, and 18 formed on the lower surface of the spinneret thick plate 5 each time the polymer introduction intermediate holes 11 are bored stepwise at steps 15 and 17 is as follows.
This is to reduce the burden on the punch tools 13, 15, 17, and 19 during punching, and it is preferable to do so as much as possible.

つた。 The spinneret made in this way has a smooth surface and the angle of the tapered part connected to the discharge hole, which was conventionally limited to 60 degrees, is now 53 degrees, 25 degrees, and 12 degrees, for example. By gradually decreasing the taper angle to , 6 degrees, the flow of the liquid was rectified, a uniform laminar flow was obtained, and the number of yarn breakages was reduced, reducing the accident rate during spinning.

Even if the plate is thick, the polymer introduction intermediate hole can be punched without breaking the punch tool. Therefore, a spinneret with excellent pressure resistance can be obtained. In addition, each time the polymer introduction intermediate hole is deeply drilled, a mirror-like shiny inner wall surface appears, and by drilling a polymer discharge hole at the bottom of the polymer introduction intermediate hole with a special punch tool, a mirror-like gloss inner wall surface appears. , it is possible to obtain a spinneret in which the entire inner wall surface has a spinning hole with a mirror-like luster, allowing smooth flow of molten polymer. Furthermore, even if the thickness of the spinneret plate is thick, there is no need to enlarge the opening diameter of the polymer introduction holes, so it is possible to obtain a spinneret having the same number of spinning holes or more than that of a conventional thick spinneret. can.
