Claims (1)
- センサー素子内部に独立した二つの空間を設け
てそれぞれの空間に互いに酸素濃度の異なる気体
を導入し、素子内外の酸素濃度差に応じて発生す
る起電力の比をとることにより排ガス中の酸素濃
度を検出することを特徴とする排ガスセンサー。
